Cajun J's was founded in 1995 by Jason Fedric.  Jason was born and raised in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana.  After graduating from L.S.U., Jason moved to Texarkana, Texas and started Cajun J's strictly as a catering service, specializing in outdoor catering events such as crawfish boils and BBQ's.  

Along with running the catering business, Jason managed Fat Jack's, a popular Texarkana
bar and grill, and eventually put his Cajun cooking influence to work on their menu.  A lifelong goal of Jason's has been to open his own restaurant.  Jason returned to Baton Rouge in 2005 to follow his dream.  

Cajun J's has now grown from catering only to a full-service restaurant and  Jason and his staff are committed to providing an exceptional casual dining experience!  Always the cook, Jason enjoys being in the kitchen and prepares most of the food served at Cajun J's himself.  
Cajun J's not only offers great food for the dine-in customer, but the full menu is also available for take-out.  Dine-in customers can enjoy a fully stocked bar and, for the sports fan, we boast several TV screens throughout the restaurant.  Cajun J's is located at 17150 Jefferson Highway, at the corner of Highland Road and Old Jefferson Highway.  We hope to see you soon!
